Fees and Insurance I am licensed in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas Individual, Couple, Family Therapy - 55min $150 I am in network with BCBS; I accept Loveland Foundation Vouchers Therapeutic Book Club - Varies Clinical Supervision for Licensure Candidates - 45min $100 Oklahoma and Kansas AAMFT Supervision Mentoring - 120mins $200 Consultations - Varies; contact to create a custom package to meet your needs
  • Program Question and Answers
    All therapy services are provided virtually through HIPAA protected electronic health record system.
  • Location Policy
    Per state requirements, you will need to always be in your home state when receiving therapy services. If you will be out of the state, please be sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of time to avoid the Late cancellation/No Show fee.

  • What can I expect in the first session?
    The first session is a time for use to get comfortable with each other. You will begin to sharing your story which will help me understand you a little bit better and it will help me understand what changes you are hoping for in therapy. You don’t have to share everything right away, I will adapt to you and work at a pace that feels manageable for you.
  • How long does therapy take?
    The duration of therapy depends on the goals, the therapeutic approach, and your comfort with the process. Some people achieve their goals sooner than expected, while others find ongoing sessions beneficial for maintaining well-being and growth over time.
