Yes. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and provide supervision for licensure candidates as well as supervision mentoring for therapists pursuing the AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation or state supervisor approval status.

I am licensed as an LMFT in Oklahoma and Texas and as an LCMFT in Kansas and a state approved supervisor in all three states.

I have experience supervising both bachelor’s and master’s level mental health providers. Additionally, I have supervised therapists in a variety of settings and developmental stages, including clinicians working toward licensure and therapists pursuing the state and/or AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation.

I strive to provide feedback that is direct, supportive, and growth-oriented. My goal is to create a space where supervisees can reflect honestly on their strengths, challenges, and learning edges. Feedback is offered with curiosity, accountability, and respect for each supervisee's developmental stage and goals throughout the process. Additional feedback is provided as necessary for licensure board requirements.

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and developmentally informed. I balance support and challenge while encouraging self-awareness, clinical confidence, and professional growth. I believe supervision is most effective when it creates space to explore both clinical work and the person of the therapist.

My supervision mentoring approach focuses on helping emerging supervisors develop their own supervisory identity rather than simply learning a model. Together, we explore supervision theory, ethics, feedback processes, cultural humility, and the use of self in supervision while attending to your unique strengths, values, and long-term goals.What clinical settings have you worked in?Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health, in-home family therapy, secondary and alternative schools, private practice (group and solo), and higher education. These experiences have given me opportunities to work with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, adults, and diverse communities across a variety of contexts.What is your epistemology and what theoretical models inform your work?My work is grounded in a systemic perspective, which means I view people within the context of their relationships, communities, cultures, and larger systems. I draw from postmodern, experiential, and family systems traditions, while remaining responsive to the needs of each supervisee or mentee. Rather than teaching a single "right way" to practice, I help people develop a clear understanding of their own clinical and/or supervisory identity and approach.

Culture and context are woven throughout my supervision approach. I encourage ongoing reflection about how identities, lived experiences, power, privilege, and systems influence both the therapeutic and supervisory relationship.
